通过研究Shh、Wnt5a基因在NIPBL+/-胎鼠肢芽中的表达情况，探讨两基因与CdLS综合征的相关性。方法 实验组取NIPBL+/-胎鼠肢芽（n=36）和对照组取NIPBL+/+胎鼠肢芽（n=36），分别于妊娠（E）10 d、E11 d、E12 d （n=12）取胎鼠肢芽组织，应用real-time PCR、Western blot技术分别检测Shh、Wnt5a基因转录及蛋白表达水平。

分析总结de Winter 综合征临床诊疗特点。方法 入选2017年7月至2018年6月上海长海医院收治的急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者58例，根据急诊时心电图表现，分为de Winter综合征组（n=8）和前壁ST段抬高型心肌梗死（STEMI）组（n=50）。回顾性对比两组患者临床症状、实验室检查、治疗方式、门诊至球囊扩张时间、急性并发症等情况，分析总结de Winter 综合征患者临床特点。
