据悉,日本JFE Steel计划到2012年夏季,增产20%的特殊船板,即月均生产1万吨。该船板的特点是1张船板的厚度不一致,因此只在需要时可以调整厚度,一部分薄、另一部分厚。
使用其可以使船舶的重量减轻,从中可以提高燃料效率,因此以日本的船舶业界为主,训单呈增加趋势。目前其生产量月均为8-9千吨,每1米当中,厚度可以调整最大8厘米。
