该系统首次将图像识别系统与微区四探针定位技术相结合,实现了快速四探针在微区150~300μm范围自动定位与连续检测,可以实现大硅片(φ200mm)高精度、等间距测量。在理论上改进了Rymaszewshi方法,并给出了范德堡函数的多项式表达式,无需分段计算,并又提出了新厚度修正方式。该系统不仅将四探针构成方形,也可构成其它形状,测试灵活方便。该项目达到国际先进水平。
