介绍了一种SF6新气痕量杂质气相色谱分析的新方法。与DL/T 920—2005《六氟化硫中空气、四氟化碳的气相色谱分析方法》相比较,新方法可以从SF6新气中检出更多的痕量杂质,甚至多达17种,且方法高度智能化并便于普及。考虑到SF6新气中某些杂质会影响有关电力设备的使用寿命,提出了电力行业SF6新气推荐标准的方案。
