根据光伏水泵无刷直流电动机驱动实际需要,提出一种数字控制器解决方案。为降低控制器续流损耗,基于同步整流技术采用MOSFET代替体二极管续流,并可降低控制器温升,提高系统可靠性。研究了改进的无差拍控制策略,采用自适应无轨迹卡尔曼滤波方法(Adaptive UKF)在线辨识、修正系统参数,以改善力矩电流控制效果。仿真和实验结果表明,该方案易于数字实现,参数辨识有效,电流控制精度高,提高了系统运行性能。
