肝癌是最常见的原发性肝肿瘤，其发生与乙肝病毒或丙肝病毒感染因素有关，但确切的发病机制尚不明确。目前临床上对于肝癌主要采用手术、局部治疗和肝移植等综合疗法，但预后差，肝癌患者的五年生存率仍小于8%。很多研究表明环加氧酶-2 (COX-2)在肝癌发生中起重要作用，COX-2特异性抑制剂能够有效抑制肝癌的增殖和侵袭迁移。这些发现为肝癌的防治提供了新的思路。本文就COX-2与肝癌的关系做一概述。
