民营化是政策倡导的产业共性技术供给主要方式，国家工程技术研究中心是中国产业共性技术的主要供给者。在统计分析科技部2007~2012年运行评估结果的基础上，基于依托单位组织性质类别与省份比较，对中国产业共性技术供给民营化绩效予以评价。研究结果表明，民营化并非提高产业共性技术供给绩效的充分条件，市场化水平与国家工程技术研究中心民营化绩效间存在正向关联。此外，提出了有关政策建议。
