本文以3年生珊瑚树为实验材料,进行植物耐寒性研究,采用人工冷冻处理,对不同处理温度叶片的保护酶活性、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量等指标进行测定分析。结果表明:随着低温处理时间的延长,珊瑚树叶片SOD、POD、CAT活性、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量均呈先升高后下降的趋势;说明叶片内保护酶的存在和活性的提高减轻了由膜脂过氧化引起的伤害,是珊瑚树提高抗寒性、避免低温伤害的重要原因。
