中西方人际关系模式在逻辑起点、文化传统、格局特征以及重心倾向四方面存在明显差异,群体主义与个人主义是两者的本质区别所在。由于东西方文化的碰撞、应试教育的阉割以及市场经济的侵蚀,大学礼仪教育面临诸多问题,如高校对礼仪教育定位的误区,课程设置的分散性倾向以及师资力量的不均衡配置。最后基于中西方人际关系的特点,提出优化礼仪教育课程、丰富礼仪教育实践活动以及形成家庭、社会、高校的教育主体合力。
