利用SEM、FTIR、XRD、TG等测试方法研究了改性处理对桑蚕丝纤维结构和力学性能的影响。为其在桑蚕丝织物的研究中提供理论依据，研究结果表明：改性处理对桑蚕丝纤维表面具有明显的刻蚀作用，改性桑蚕丝纤维内部无规构象增加，相对结晶度略有提高，热分解起始温度略有下降。改性处理对桑蚕丝纤维结构的破坏主要在纤维的表层，对桑蚕丝纤维力学性能的影响很小。
