CLASS-01研究是我国胃癌微创领域的里程碑，为局部进展期胃癌的临床应用提供了中国经验。但鉴于我国地区经济发展及卫生条件的不平衡，各等级医院收治的胃癌患者数量及实施微创治疗程度不等，外科医生的技术水平参差不齐，加之有些医生对研究结果的原文解读存在偏差，从而产生某些误区。本文主要就该研究一些细节问题展开讨论，期待更多高级别循证医学证据指导我国胃外科医生合理开展远端进展期胃癌的腹腔镜手术。
