2024年9月24日下午2点，在CRAFT项目工程指挥部总指挥李建刚、副总工程师武玉、总工艺师吴杰峰的见证下，CRAFT 环向场（TF）磁体线圈绕制成形及检测顺利完工，标志着等离子体所已掌握未来聚变堆复杂结构、大尺寸、高精度混合超导磁体的绕制成形及检测技术。

2023年10月9日上午9点，在CRAFT项目工程指挥部总指挥李建刚、副总工程师武玉、总工艺师吴杰峰的见证下，首个CRAFT 环向场（TF）磁体中场绕组子线圈开始绕制，这标志着CRAFT 环向场TF磁体开始正式进入建造阶段。
2023年6月28日，由中科院合肥物质院等离子体所自主设计与建造的CRAFT负离子源中性束注入系统（NNBI）1kW@4.5K氦低温系统调试成功，各项性能指标达到设计要求。该系统是聚变堆主机关键系统综合研究设施（CRAFT）的重要建设内容之一，可为NNBI测试装置、束源测试平台和超大抽速低温泵的测试运行提供低温冷却条件。
