凋落物分解是土壤养分转移的关键过程,对生态系统碳循环有重要影响。近几十年来由于全球变化加剧,凋落物分解速率(k)可能会发生显著变化,从而对陆地生态系统的功能产生深远的影响。虽然当前关于全球变化对凋落物分解影响的研究已经不少,但在全球尺度上凋落物分解对单一和联合变化因子的响应及其控制因素仍不清晰,相关研究亟待开展。

肝癌是世界范围内威胁人类健康的恶性肿瘤之一。临床上常见的治疗方式包括化疗与手术治疗等,然而化疗由于用药量大、药物靶向作用弱等缺点给患者带来了一系列严重副作用。因此,亟需设计并构筑一种具有良好的肝癌细胞靶向作用的多功能纳米药物载体,用于靶向递送抗癌药物并杀死肝癌细胞。
