Bioruptor 采用在水槽底部安装超声波发生装置的设计，传统的探头超声波破碎仪，超声波引起的微流动现象只能在靠近探头的区域出现，而 Bioruptor?由于在水槽底部安装了超声波发生器，使水槽完全处于超声波的作用范围内，超声作用分布广泛而均衡，降低了泡沫的形成。在实验过程中，Bioruptor?自动连续旋转离心管，使超声波的能量分布更为均匀。
